The following are some clarifications to concerns that you may have and questions that we have been asked.

Q We have noticed a similarity of your frames to some Chinese manufacturer's OEM frames. Why is there such a descrepancy in price then?

A Although our frames are manufactured in China, they are done to our specific design and specification. These designs are exclusive to our company. Most of our frames feature double passed welding, have higher welding tolerances, better finish and have higher specification for tubings. Each frame design is also unique in it's characteristics and ride quality.

Q Where are your components manufactured?

A Different parts of Asia. Primarily in Taiwan which is the largest manufacturer of bicycle parts in the world. Most of our components are done by manufacturers who are OEM for larger more famous brands.

Q Why are your stock so small?

A We produce limited stock of our products because we do not have a large client base. This allows us to control our cost as the cost of storage and shipping would be high if we increased the quantity.

Q What is the average wait time for a custom frame?

A All custom frames will take about 6 weeks to be completed from confirmation of design to your door. This takes into account fabrication, checking, finishing and sending. some times it takes a little longer as we try to combine shipping of more frames to cut cost.

Q What is the average wait time for a standard frame?

A If the frame is in stock, it will take 2 weeks for frame to reach you. If it is not in stock, it will take about 4 weeks. This is because we do not keep a lot of our stock and they are generally held in storage at our manufacturer's warehouse.

Q Where are your wheelsets made?

A All parts of the wheels are manufactured in Taiwan, but the complete wheelset is assembled in Singapore.
